Video shoot this weekend
We’ll soon be able to rock out to the video of Slash’s tune “You’re A Lie,” but they have to film it first. A crew has scheduled this weekend to film the first single from the legendary shredders solo album. Oh, and Slash will be in Columbus this month to be inducted with Guns N’ Roses into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Guess who’s gonna induct the band! Nope, not them either … uh wait … did I hear someone say Green Day? Ding, ding, ding! You’d be right! GN’R members, both past and present, will get that honor April 14th.
Reality TV w/ Mastodon
You probably don’t watch the Science Channel, do you? Well, if you do then you may have seen Mastodon’s Brent Hinds on the channel’s show called “Oddities.” The show follows a Manhattan store that specializes in rare antiques and bizarre relics. The clip featuring Hinds is available online.

Oh, and if you make it to the Palms in Las Vegas and were hoping to hang out with Motley Crue’s Vince Neil, sorry about your luck. The rocker has been expelled from the hotel-casino after making disparaging remarks about the establishment on Twitter. See kids, what you post online really does have ramifications!
