DJ Lethal is all better now ... until the next outburst
Tweet and make up
Months after some choice words were posted to Twitter by Limp Bizkit’s DJ Lethal about front man Fred Durst, the band seems to have kissed and made up. Back in the Spring, Lethal posted a message to Twitter that Fred Durst didn’t enjoy “partying and having a good time.” This sparked fans to lash out against the band. Guitarist Wes Borland, showing even more dysfunction in the band, came out with a tweet shortly thereafter saying fans don’t have all the info and should stay out of it. Well, now, nearly seven months later, everyone’s feelings seem to be all healed up and Lethal is on the apologetic side. Lethal sent out a series of tweets talking about how he may have taken it too far with his partying and he’s now in a much better place and writing music with the band. It’s funny how time heals all wounds. The band is in the studio working on their first new album with the label Cash Money Records.
Jerks to reporters
If you’ve got 40 minutes to kill and you wanna see Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page and Robert Plant be a couple of “D’s” to reporters, then you can watch a press conference of the band talking about the New York Museum of Modern Art screening of the band’s five year old live video of “Celebration Day.” Page and Plant stared down or gave silly answers to reporters asking if there’d be another reunion with new music. The answer was emphatically no.
Jane’s Addiction Guitarist Dave Navarro will gust star on an upcoming episode of Sons of Anarchy. Reports indicate he’ll be a gang member in the last two ‘sodes of the season. The band will also have a song ready for the season finale.
